Plain box with no logos or branding. Return address shows 'Shoplemonvibrators LLC.' Customs forms use the parent company name for extra privacy.
How quickly will I receive it?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days at no extra cost. Expedited (1–2 days) available during checkout. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. All duties are covered upfront so you won't face unexpected charges at delivery.
Returns & warranty
What warranty do you offer?
Two-year coverage on all devices. Includes manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone deterioration. Replacements or repairs ship free.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and your order number to [email protected]. We'll ship a replacement right away—usually the same day—with a prepaid return label.

Are the products waterproof?
Yes—IPX7 rated and fully submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Safe for showers, baths, and poolside play.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes per full charge, depending on intensity. Complete recharge takes 90 minutes using the included USB-C magnetic charger.
How should I clean my toy?
